First Haircut!

Right before Thanksgiving we took Carson to get his first haircut. I felt we were long overdue, however Ryan was very hesitant as Carson was in major "stranger danger" mode and Ryan felt we were asking for a total meltdown! We were blown away at how awesome it went!

We went to go see "Mr. Ron" who is the "premier" stylist on the seacoast for first time haircuts! He was so wonderful with Carson. For the first 15 minutes or so he spent time getting to know Carson - blowing bubbles, showing him Berenstain Bears videos, and sharing his combs with Carson. He finally won Carson over when he brought out the animal crackers!

Carson sat very still on his daddy's lap, and Mr. Ron took his time working his way around Carson's noggin. The whole cut took about 45 minutes. Carson did not make a peep the entire time, except if we did not refill his hands with animal crackers fast enough! We got a "first haircut" certificate and some clippings of Carson's baby hair to take home. Our baby now looks like such a big boy!
